During our launch, shipping is free on every order. This is a limited-time offer.

**Processing time**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

**Delivery time**
After your order ships, delivery takes **8–14 business days**, depending on your city. Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of carrier delays or holidays.

**Delayed, lost or damaged orders**
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or it arrives damaged, email us at dropadiel@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
