If you're not happy with your KneeDial brace, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to request a full refund, no questions asked.

**How to request a refund**
Email us at dropadiel@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the next steps. In some cases we may ask you to send the item back; if so, we'll send you the return instructions.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you get the right size.
